However, we may also collect personal information from other parties such as your employer, agents, advisors, or from public sources such as company records, property searches or Queensland Building and Construction Commission.

Subject to our legal obligations of confidence, If we obtain information from another party, we will take reasonable steps to determine whether it was information which ought not to have been provided and (if so) we will delete / destroy the information.

Unless required or authorised by law to retain your personal information, we will destroy the personal information when we determine that we no longer need it.
